Seeking attractive Female R&B singers with the following * Should not be any bigger than a size 10 * Must be able to harmonize * Must have available time to rehearse and meet 3-4 times a week * Must be afro-American (black) * Must be between the age of 20-24 * Must have some kind of dancing ability * Must be willing to start working ASAP As many may know, it takes allot more that talent to get into the music industry. Most importantly it takes hard work, dedication, focus and over all teamwork form all members. Its very unfair to the one or two people to have to takes on the burden and the responsibility for the other members because of lake of discipline, devotion, and commitment. In any job or any type of employment you are expected to be there at a certain time, take an interest in your work, and you expected to perform at the same level or at a higher level like the other workers. When you neglect your work and do not care enough to want to help others, it puts more stain on everybody else and will then hold them back. What I'm trying to say it that we are tired of the bull#@$% and will not waste our time on individuals that will not be part of a working team. Everyone is required to get the work done and be responsible for his or her actions. We can not deal with girls that can not work. Period. We can not deal with girls that can not be a team player and loyal to the group. We are not saying that you must invest ALL your time in the group, but invest most of your time because that is what the other members will be doing and its only fair. You don't have to sound like Whitney Houston or Christina Aguilera but you must have a cool attitude, perseverance, willing to learn and accept chricizum. But you must be able to put the work in. We have allot of connection all the resources and is looking to do a showcase next month. All you need to do it bring your voice and the effort We want to get started immediately so NO GAMES!
